We aim to do work that will last months and years after we clean it, because often times it took years to get there.
Drawing from the experience with Real Estate Cleaning, We’d love to make People’s Homes show ready while they’re still Living in it. We think that’s an untapped market and real value to the customer, and the things we can’t remedy, we can at least advise on.
No one is scrambling to sign up for 26x/Year maid service, on paper it seems excessive, but obviously not to everyone. But once a year, once every three to five years, that we think nearly anyone can get behind. And truth be told, we don’t want to see folks every two weeks. We’ll take your money, but regrettably. We’d rather clean your Aunt’s house that needs it.
We have a wide range of services. If you’ve got the budget we’ve got the tools and the know how.
Traditional basic services like counters, appliances, cabinets, vacuuming, floors, mirrors, bathrooms, but on a show home standard, basically standard Real Estate cleaning which is higher in standard than most “Basic” cleans. Basic cleaners won’t take a vacuum to your window frames, they won’t actively clean your ceiling fan in your kitchen.
Non-Traditional services, if you’re so interested, like car interiors, basement deep cleans, carpet and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing exterior stone and decks. With enough planning, we can do a lot of stuff in one day.
We only have one service level and it’s good reaching towards great. If you’re paying people to clean your home this style of detail cleaning is what we believe people actually expect.
It’s probably cheaper than you think. No equipment surcharges, our equipment is your equipment, if you want your basement deep cleaned and your first floor carpets cleaned, that’s your prerogative. That’ll take like maybe 5 hours and it’s a predictable rate.
